when they made the GT HOs and Holden made the 350 Monaro GTS they had some carrie on about them being bullets on wheels. because the cars had to be standard to race at Bathurst, the Gt HO and Monaro GTS sold to the public were cars desighned for Bathurst and went like a fuck. But The GT HO got the shit floged out of them by the Holden torana GTR-XU1 which had a high performance staight 6. I think they had a 202 or 186 red motor that was realy worked but i cant remember which one it was.

These adds are for ford Australia. The ford falcon is kind of like a mustng, There were the standard falcon which was just a run of the mill car. And then there was the falcon GT(Grand tourers)which were the high performance cars that had 351 clevelands and 351 windsors in them. The best of these where theGTHO(grand tourer handling options)which were designed to race at Bathurst. For a car to race at Bathurst the had to produce 200 cars to be sold to the public and the cars that raced were stand.
